Is O.J. an innocent deal

I just ate a shroom for the first time. I'm excited and hope it makes me trip but if it doesnt i will eat another. Will it be wasted by 1 hour passing in between eating them? I also drank a glass of orange juice w/ the shroom, does this increase the effect?

You should have bought syrian rue seeds.

The OJ thing is a myth. If it helps it's due to the power of suggestion.

lol thats funny cos in the uk the myth is that oj brings you down quicker if things go bad :smile:

if its your first give it 1.5 to 2 hours before you eat another that
way youll be sure you know how its going :smile:

i thought OJ helped the trip out a bit because the acid in the OJ helps break the mushrooms down?

Maybe the power of suggestion works in a good way, maybe its better to think that something works even though it doesn't so you can become the victim of the placebo effect. In turn, this gives you stronger effects since you think it works.

I have a theory on why o.j. might help a acid trip. Just a uneducated guess so don't jump all over me. O.K. O.J. contains a lot of ascorbic acid which is the best chem to slow lsd degrading down. When lsd enters the body It probely degrades extremely fast. So if you drank oj while a hit was in you it might allow less lsd to degrade allowing more to enter the brain. Giving you a stronger trip. I dunno just a thought
