It isn't ironic at all really. I am infinitely evil as I am good and my personality reflects that

I'm not an average person who lives by societies rules and opinions and who is subjected to "doing the right thing"

there is no right or wrong. it just is what it is

well, if subjective = derived from the ego, one's own sense of what is what...just take a look at all the wonderful thangs it has done, like attempted genocide

to each their own, i guess, and I certainly can't sit here and say I perfectly reflect the will of the universe, but still, it seems less subjective = more alive :shrug:

well i would agree there is probably some truth to that. But my point that you so rudely criticized as "some of the dumbest stuff ever," was that, when you feel really, REALLY :feelsgoodman:, you feel too :feelsgoodman: to attack people like that. Luckily for me I feel good enough not to feel the least bit insulted. And that is how it makes sense. You know, I did say I was having trouble explaining...but while you may feel good bashing people like that, I can promise you, I feel better by not.

Not everyone will agree to a specific moral theory; the ideal intersubjective moral theory would be one that all members of a society can agree to.  Even someone who has no problems with murdering those around him should be able to agree that according to that intersubjective moral theory his actions are wrong; whether or not this influences his actions is an entirely different matter.

Oh I see now--you're saying that an intersubjective (i.e.- objective) moral code for all members of a society can exist, regardless of whether or not any one, or even several members do not actually follow the said code.

Have you ever seen yourself from a completely objective viewpoint?

doesn't it go to show you how much greater euphoria you can experience when you adjust your subjective nature (as best as you can) accordingly? 

So sure, you can murder all you want, but ultimately, given that you are already everything, and not just your self, you aren't getting anywhere towards the real big :feelsgoodman: by killing yourself.

Self defense is a different story of course, and this is where a lot of subjectivity will get thrown in "well killing all the jews is good for the universe" etc...but is it really? Unfortunately I don't have the authority to tell you if it is or not :shrug:

so, I guess this is just :2cents:
