Pathetic.
    #11438505 -

I really miss my ex. We totally didn't get along a lot of the time, and I know it's probably better that we're not together anymore. But I miss him. Constantly. And it's only been four days since I've seen or talked to him. That's the longest we've gone without one another for an entire year. I feel like a very essential part of me has been cut out of my life.

Meand my wife's relationship has always been that way well least since are first child, we DON'T get along for more then a day or two. It's better in ever way that were apart though we still both have feelings for each other and when i'm away for her for very long i miss her profusely. It took many years but we have finally reached a set up were we dont live together but still hang out all the time and talk daily. It allows us to have the interaction with each other we cherish (some of my happiest times are with her) with out allowing us to be together long enough to get out of hand.
It's not traditional but it works for us.

I know that's how you feel now, but you have to be strong, and stick it out. There's a reason it didn't work out, and a year isn't that long if you think about it.
Just remember, time heals all wounds :peace:

Tell that to Miss Ocheltree.
Dame's been stuck in my head for almost 3years now, time heals nothing.
Getting used to the loneliness and healing are two very different things.

Well, of course if you keep talking to the person and being with them won't help.
For anyone who wants to get over someone, they need to distance themselves from that person, at least for a while. After a certain time apart, and after seeing other people, you'll be able to talk to her/him as only a friend.

Lol.
Those are two different dame's.
In fact you could say Miss Ocheltree is why me and my wife have the problems we do.
Me and her seldom talk once a month or so maybe more maybe less she's "The one that got away"
The love i have for my wife is a very different kind of love.
Beein away from...
Ocheltree = Physically painful.
Wife= Loneliness

That sounds pretty perfect. But I don't think we'll be getting back together anytime soon. I wish I could see him missing me every moment he's away from me, but I don't think that's the case. He's probably having tons of vanilla fun with his new girl.

My hope is that he'll get bored and come back to me before I decide get over him and to go try and find someone else. Which is why I'm pathetic.

Sounds like you keep sex and love separate.
