Me too. Being lonely, bored, sober and broke makes me want to just throw in the towel sometimes.

I used to think that depressed people were losers, but I can't believe how shitty this feels now.

depression isn't something you have control over, and there's nothing to be embarrassed about if you suffer from depression
and yes it is horrible

i tired to make an effort last night...

but i ended up running into a old friend and drank a 60 of rum...

then passed out on a bench and got taken to the drunk tank

Fuck i am a embarrassment :facepalm:
