SSRI's can severely block LSD's effects... you'll either want to stop the SSRI for a few days prior, or wait to take the LSD when you're off the SSRI.

I read up on it, and read that it isn't too severe; I'm probably going to take it today anyways.

It would be hard to tell you how I overcame depression because it is very relative to what your experience.

How did I overcome some unhappiness that I was not sure the cause of?

Well, I brought my emotions to the present moment, by accessing past memories and expressing the sense of betrayel I accumulated from going though them with a strong belief in god/fate/destiny.

Right now I still suffer from a sort of depression and I have yet to discover what its caused by. It is far from being unbearable, most of the time....it has something to do with the relationships I have in this world....with my family, and the people I would deem society. Of which I imagine I will only be able to reconcile with them....because I have tried non stop to reconcile and Indeed, I have in many ways...but the other half lacks...

BTW the Dot dot dot after my sentences is asking for help if anyone has ever gone through something similair, I am stuck in a painful cycle that I cant get out of, though not half as bad, prior to what I like to call, bringing our awareness from the past into the future, through emotional release, it still would be better lost, especialy cuz it is inherently useless.

I'm working with that very same stuff at the moment. It's called Past Reality Integration. About painful feelings from the past that have been suppressed. I'm trying to remember (regress) to bring them out into the open for myself. It's really hard work!

I don't. I get nervous. I enjoy the ease of passivity most at the moment. :ohwell: We're all different.

Icelander could be replaced blah blah blah

Diaboleros stop with the baiting. If you can't debate the topic without involving people personally, then don't post here. You've been here long enough to know the rules.

Consider this your warning.

--------------------
Republican Values:

1) You can't get married to your spouse who is the same sex as you.
2) You can't have an abortion no matter how much you don't want a child.
3) You can't have a certain plant in your possession or you'll get locked up with a rapist and a murderer.

4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.

and im not about to learn  how  to appreciate the dull gray sky

:waits:

I live in london, so i kinda get what your saying about grey skys
Although last winter it was sunny & cold for alot of it
I love sunny & cold

When winter comes, i love it
Yeah i miss the sun, but i love coming home to a nice warm place
I like riding my bike through the mud in the rain
I like feeling like christmas is coming soon
Curling up in the sheets cause its too cold to get outof bed
Staying in bed with a lovely girl & getting high when its raining hard outside
Cold weather also makes you appreciate a hot meal
Like you, i dont really enjoy bars etc...so all that doesnt bother me

:peace:

You make London sound so inviting!  If someone is going through some depression, they probably should stay away from drugs and alcohol.(unless prescribed).  Their minds should be clear while they sort out the problem.

Yes i agree, it is no good to do any drugs when depressed. Unless they are anti-depressants.

All this time I've missed you

Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs
