My new grow chamber/ incubator

I have just been given an old refridgerator and have taken about making it into both a grow chamber and an incubator.
I've already made the incubation chamber by putting 2 bottles of water in the freezer compartment in the far back corners and placing 2 aquarium heaters in the bottles set at 85 degrees( I drilled holes in the back to let the wires out then caulked the hole up solid around them) . I did that yesterday and placed the wireless probe from my thermometer inside to get a reading. It took about 2 hours to get up to the correct temp but now it's reading at a steady 84 degrees. The space remaining in the freezer will hold approximately 144 1/2 pint jars ( maybe only 96 but it looks like all will fit).
I am now in the proccess of drilling a hole in each corner of the bottom of the fridge part to allow a 3/4 inch rubber hose through. I've drilled holes every 4 inches in the hoses to allow humid air to escape. I'm going to hot glue the hoses so they run up the insides of the fridge. The other ends of the hoses will be attatched to a cool mist humidifier through a the top of a 2 liter pop bottle which has been cut in half and siliconed to the humidifier. In the back of the fridge on the bottom I have cut out a small square about 6 inches across and I have Hot glued a hepa filter from a vacuum over it to allow CO2 escape but cut down on contaminants sneaking in
The humidifier will be placed on a timer and I'll use a little trial and error along with my handy hygrometer to find the optimum on/off cycle to keep the humidity at 90 - 95%.
For lighting inside the fridge I changed the bulb already in the fridge (which was the only thing that worked in the whole fridge) for one that is 40watts and was made for outside (so it'll hopefully stand the high humidity) I then took the switch off the door and rewired it so it was continuously on. The plug from the fridge (In which none of the cooling components work) is on a seperate timer from the humidifier and set to 10 on 14 off.
The fridge has 4 racks that are 2.5 feet X 2 feet and can be placed so there in 10 inches between them so I will have 20 square feet of growing space which allowing 6 inches square for each cake (which is overkill because 4 inches would be enough) will give me room for 80 cakes to grow. Or I can grow 36 8X8 casing.
The reason I'm posting this is just to see if anyone has any improvements they can think of that I can implement while I have everything taken apart and I've got my tools out. I hope I explained it clearly enough for everyone and I apologize for the lack of pics but I'll get one as soon as possible of the finished product.
Any feedback (even negative) would be appreciated

Grow bulk in rubbermaids
I know its fun to think about having a really cool grow chamber, but the fact is, it seems like the work going into doesn't really seem worth it, just to grow alot of cakes. I know that I'm sounding negative, but the fact is you could have a shit load more mushrooms with a shit load less work.
But if you do decide to stay with this set up, which does sound cool, just a little inefficient, how do you intend to keep the fruiting chamber temps down? (I'm guessing that it would be room temp, but I'm not really sure)

I have already been growing bulk in rubbermaids but I have very little time unless it's my day off to properly fan them and check the humidity level of each of them. This is just to automate most of the care of the casings/cakes and allow me to have shrooms (edible and medicinal only of course) without as much hassle.
I used the cakes example to give an idea of how much room this would give but I could just as easily put in 8 12 X 24 3 inch deep casings and grow in it.
My room is at about 68-72 degrees year round (Thank Jebus for air conditioning in the summer) so keeping the temp of the grow chamber down is not hard. the light is the only thing which will raise the temp at all but it throws very little heat so it will be hardly noticeable.
