well this is fucked up.

there was blood in my sperm. it wasn't like a drop of blood but it was a mix of blood and cum. i took a piss right after and it was blood free. whats the deal? i don't whack off that often and haven't had sex with hookers.

If this happened once, and hasn't happened again in the near future (say weeks), then I'd not worry about it.

This can happen to from time to time and is usually benign. However if there is pain on ejaculation or urination you should get it checked out. If you have urinary frequency/urgency, reduced stream or reduce pressure behind your stream, you find it hard to start going or dribble a hell of a lot into your pants after shaking when done pissing, these are all reasons to see your doctor. Furthermore if your perineum (the area between your sack and your anus) is warm/hot, painful to touch, or just plain swollen. Or if you have abdominal pain especially above your pubic bone, more reasons to go see a doctor concerned about prostatitis or other associated infections or malignant process.

If you do go to a doctor about it, you will get a rectal exam for your prostate if your doctor is thorough (and doesn't want to risk being sued for malpractice). So be prepared for that. Other tests may include a blood test and a urinalysis (not a drug test).

i have an appointment and gonna see what the doctor says. i'm thinking it may be some infection. if its some sort of a tumor i'll freak out big time.
