Salad Dressings and Acid Reflux

I'm trying to find a salad dressing that cause me problems. I recently went to a throat specialist and he gave me some info on acid reflux basically a whole list of things I can't eat lots of healthy things like oranges, pineapple(two of my favorite fruits ) and of course the obvious unhealthy high fat, gresy fired foods etc. Anyway it seems that all salad dressings are either acidic or dairy based. I need a low-fat and neither of the prior two, can anyone think of some ones cause I can't. I want a salad with all the fixings and I don't wanna eat it dry.

You can still enjoy your favorite acidic foods - just enjoy them in moderation, being sure to consume any heartburn-related medicine you may or may not be prescribed.
I had CHRONIC acid reflux for 4 years and never did shit about it. Now I have to take generic prilosec every day for the rest of my life (or until medical technology reaches a place where they come up with a perm. fix). It sucks, but its not THAT bad.
Is your heartburn bad enough that they prescribed you a once-daily tablet?

No Rx, but I went in for Halitosis and he thought it was acid reflux he hasn't prescribed me anything but I have had this problem with halitosis for 10 years now so if it is acid reflux I would have been so used to it I wouldn't know how bad it is or what abnormal acid reflux is like. I do get it all the time but I just find it hard to believe that's whats causing my bad breath I mean it's a literaly everyday 24/7 thing for 10 years or more. He talked about my tonsils but didn't want to take them out just yet he said they looked normal and wanted one of his associates to look at me but I haven't heard back and I have been to him twice.

I love mango and tomato blended, as a dressing.
Or celery and orange

Celery and grapes is also good...
I also like celery-tomato, but as more of a soup.
As you can see I prefer simplicity...but thought I would share.

There's a lot of health forums all over the internet with topic-specific shit like this. Lots of old people who are REALLY into their health and make it their life goal to come up with new recipes and shit. Run a google search and i'm sure you can come up with a lot of good stuff.
Maybe an acid-reflux forum? I'm sure they'd have a recipe subforum in there.

yeah I have been looking for months there's a lot I didn't know that could cause acid reflux, my dad has it bad too so I guess it's hereditary. Apparently highly spiced foods can cause it but I guess those are probably acidic and I just didn't know it. I have lots of green herbs to use for seasoning. I found lots of recipes on about.com. I just found something called slippery elm a bark extract that is supposed to help I'm looking into that now.
