Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Lets just say I'm training for something.

I know this shoulden't have anything to do with the reason I'm getting shoes but... Those shoes look fucking goofy.
And I want to do urban street running with style you know what I mean?
It reminds me of this.

I was going to recommend something with a vibram sole, but couldn't think of any that really fit into the eastern style/martial arts shoes. I've tried on a pair of the five fingers before after reading rave reviews and they felt awesome, but they weren't practical for what I wanted, and your right they look fucking goofy.
What exactly to you mean by urban street running?

I think he means Parkour/freerunning. The Vibrams honestly are probably your best bet man, their hella comfortable, add grip, and are infinitely better for your feet and ankles than running shoes.
So far you've been suggested ninja shoes and vibram fivefingers, the fivefingers being the best you can buy in my opinion. Why the fuck do you care what people think about your shoes anyways? Your planning to be stealthy and speedy, people won't be looking at your feet if your good enough.
Between those and ninja slippers, what else is there? I saw a thread for flat-soled running shoes on the physical and mental well-being board, they'd be your next option, their pretty much roman-style sandals that are almost as beneficial to your feet as going barefoot(or wearing fivefingers).

I guess your right who gives a shit what my shoes look like. I don't know I really like the stealthy look of the ninja slippers though do you think those would work well?

Depends if they fit well, I personally wouldn't go for anything with the potential to slip off, especially if your going ninjastyles around the city. Failure equals death.
I don't wanna sound like a pusherman here, but you can probably get the fivefingers in black, at least in camo for above the soles, and you could colour the bottoms if you really felt it necessary. I've seen those two-toe full boot ninja shoes somewhere, try looking them up as they'd suit your needs better than any slip-ons would.

The KSO and KSO Treks don't look as goofy as some of the others. After looking up parkour and freerunning, I really think the fivefingers is probably the best shoe for the job. If the looks really bother you that much, check out Keen shoes, they might have something that'd work, although probably not much in the martial arts/eastern style department.
I think I might get a pair of the KSO Treks for summer hikes, that one is really starting to grow on me.

I recommend them man, I've got a pair of KSO's and I fucking love them. I use them for sprints, hiking, excersising, parkour, drumming. Basically everything and anything that involves more intense bodily movements than walking. Just make sure they fit well (don't order online), and break them in by wearing them as much as you can for the first while. Blisters suck.

I have an army surplus/outdoor adventuring gear store close by that stocks the orginal fivefingers, which I have tried on before and they felt pretty amazing, but I didn't like the way the looked. After getting over the oddity of individual toes though I think I'm in love with the KSO Treks. I think I'll swing by that store today and see if they have more than just the orginals stocked, if not they'd probably special order them for me.

uh....no
on the contrary they are a good way to really fuck up your feet if you do a lot of running in them or if you have to absorb a lot of impact from jumps.
