off to amsterdam

So a month from now Ive booked up to go to Amsterdam on a coach with my uni :cool:

I went last year too and had an amazing time, cant wait.

Just wondering what every ones favorite coffee shops are?

Also hows the shroom scene now? truffles only or am i going to be able to get everything i could last year i went?
I really want to try something other than cubes or liberty caps!

I'm planning on making that trip in about a year and a half. Be sure to go the the grow house. And take notes.

Thanks guys sure it will be pretty epic once again, last time i bought more weed than i could ever smoke there, spent a few hundred, posted what i had left back to the UK :grin:

I knew shrooms had been made illegal there but i thought they were giving retailers some time to clear there stock, just hoping this hasn't ended yet, would love some Hawaiians

You can still purchase sclerotia (truffles).

You can also grow and possess any regular Shrooms.

Oh right thats good to hear, guess i should be in luck then. Id rather go without then have to use street dealers, there all rather creepy, had so many offering me smack and crack last time..

just came back from ams...met up with a few shroomerites and had a nice drug fest :laugh:

dampkring - mako haze, amnesia haze and their love potion. dampkring has a new coffeeshop near centraal station which is 3 stories. de tweed kamer/dampkring all owned by the same people. i usually buy my dope here because they had nevilles which was hands down my favourite, but can't find it anymore :frown:

i guess do a coffeeshop tour...abraxa, kazinskys, gray area, grasshopper etc...have fun!

sclerotia is still available and i saw right off the main shopping street some stores that were selling peyote too. actually, we saw a shop that was also selling fresh shrooms in the fridge...which i'm guessing is totally illegal

Dampkring, I've been there once.
Very pretty shop - good pot too.

And yeah, our Smartshops sell all sorts of Entheogens... If you walk into the street where Dampkring is and walk straight ahead you'll find a street with like 10 Smartshops.

i had heard that amsterdam had plans to make it illegal for the coffee shops to sell to weed tourists. anyone know if there is any validity to this?

No, that's only in smaller towns near Belgium I believe.

Even then... You could just ask a friendly stoner-looking person to buy some for you while staying out of sight.

As you are coming out of the main train station, the red light district is on your left and the notable weed shops are on your right. Gray Area is amazing and is a really small coffee shop but has some if not the best pot. I forget the names of the other ones around there I went to. One of them which won the cannabis cup for hash and possibly weed last year has a breakfast joint across the road from its main store. Decent breakfast and of course they dont care if you smoke while in there

Actually fresh shrooms are common there, its dried mushrooms that are illegal. However many stores carry them you just have to know the secret handshake

Fresh shrooms are illegal in Holland and have been for a few months now. This is true for shops as well as individuals. There is no active persecution of individuals though, to the best of my knowledge. Apparently, sclerotia are still legal due to a flaw in the legal system.
