Cobweb in colonizing monotub...can I save?
    #11246158 -

I noticed today that there is a patch of fuzzy grey about a couple square inches growing over the myc. The monotub is only about 50-60% colonized. Is there any way I can save it at this point?  Should I spray 3% h2o2?

i have used straight h2o2 with successes but I suppose you could try 10% just mist it a few time and it should save it

I only have the 3% that the store sells, should I get a stronger solution of hydrogen peroxide?

I haven't seen a single post from you w/out that stupid fucking graemlin in it today...

h2o2 ain't gunna do shit for your monotub, if its contam'd with anything before 100% colonization kick that shit to the curb

You should use stright H2o2 i always use to think to diluite it to but heres why.

This is from veda sticks  cobweb should be treated with 3% h202, which is the concentration is usualy comes at. No need to dilute, use straight.

Dude, pass that shit...

:bobmarley:

(and yes, try misting once per day with hydrogen peroxide. Since cobs grown on the surface and are fluffy and light, you can sometimes kill them off without hurting the myc.)

The common goal is to always help the person which I hope it will

Good luck Grizzdude hope you see :mushroom2: soon

So I sprayed it and it all disolved away. I have my monotub wrapped in plastic garbage bagsfor colonization, should I remove them since stale air is what cobweb like's to breed in?
