No its a state statute..... they just call there violations "crimes" but there not.

Hmmm.....A buddy of mine got arrested for pissing in public so I don't see why they can't do something with that bum. Just my opinion.

Cuz your buddy was a subject the police already had jurisdiction when your buddy started answering questions and giving ID and telling him his name. At that point of answering questions your buddy gave up his common law rights.
A free man can piss in the street as long as noone complains. The point is your buddy was not a free man, he was a resident witch cops can control. RES-EDENT is a combining word with means....thing identified .    RES = thing    EDENT = identified
your buddy was a thing an artificial entity not real, state created .. just look at your ID, your very existence comes from them. they created you so they can control you. Thats common law ... the law of creation

Yes it is I know, and I do not want to scare anyone. My only intent is to answer questions because the truth will set you free. Dont you want to know how this works? Basically at birth all of our parents put us in the system cuz untill your 18 you cant be free cuz to be free you have to be responsible. At 18 did you opt out of the system? Or did you continue to sign contract with the state leaving them to believe they still have control over you.

Opting out of the "system" would put you in a certain place that would be detrimental to ones well being.Opting in seems to be a detriment to ones well being sometimes as well.You have basically stated that we are damned if we do,damned if we don't.Such is the paradox of life.I suffer a certain amount of conformity to obtain what I feel I need.I also contribute to the society in which I live.I think it is a pretty good deal.I lie low,make no big waves,and am pretty happy most of the time.I like to think a lot of people feel the same way.I can't be that odd.You do a certain amount of things that you do not want to do in order to get to do the things that you want to do. LOL:confused:
