no cussing is not a crime. cussing at someone ok but it would have to be in a way to provoke violence.  other wise just cussing not directing it to any individual thats called freedom of speech.

DUI and DL laws go by contract law its not a crime but a violation. Because you'd sign contracts with DMV and agreed to perform appropriately. Do you go before a jury in traffic court, no right so then its not a crime. if you see someone breaking into a business yea ok there will be a victim and there is lose and damages there.

too many tangents. lets just keep it to poop on the street being the topic and the police not coming out to investigate. dont try to fog it up with burglaries assault and property damages or someone try to project sexual connotations.

but a business isnt an individual, why are people jailed for tax
evasion, there's no victim, why again are people jailed for cussing,
even in their own homes, who's the individual whos rights are violated?

contract law is handled by civil court, settlements are awarded to
injured parties, not collected by government with the occasional jail
time handed out... is this the shit they teach you at the police academy?
