In the second picture on the right side of the thrift box. what is it? first I thought it was a bell attachment for the water pipe now i just cant figure it out.

oil diffuser for the vaporizer...

and filtering vapor is awesome.  you dont get all that shit in your throat that comes through the screen after a while and you get really nice concentrated rips that give you that punch you get from a good bong hit

thats another reason i like it, my throat doesn't get that terrible cotton mouth feeling.  I dunno what i like better though using cold water or just about boiling hot
