why do cakes get fluffy

well its normal after a dunk and roll but it may also be not enough FAE thats what usually does it. Fan more

wow.. your not great with detail are you..

im assuming  that you mean that the white stuff (myc) gets fluffy (grows to look like a shagy ball) if thats what your talking about, its normal, its the myc growing and starting the process that will eventually lead to pinning and fruiting
