bad pic but looks ok i think  just keep an eye on it if it is mold it will probly spread fast.

yes but i would not spray it put on a q-tip and see what it dose. if myc it should do nothing

thats the best i can do for now. im thinking its ok since its pretty dense and really white. ill check back tomorrow and see if it spreads quickly.
