there is never that guarantee though.....only a promise
and a promise is simply too easy to break

and neither side is doing anything to foster trust

All things considered I feel pretty bad for the Jews. Lots of people hate them, they've been killed all through history for some reason I'm not too sure about. They are surrounded by countries who have gone to war with them several times and I'm sure wont be bringing any apple pies any time soon. It's been going on so long though, I don't think the fault is squarely on anyone. It's a shame though, I mean, they've been fighting for so long over what? A few pieces of land? Why?

Its unfortunate that is their goal and official position.  They are basically being used by neighboring states to attempt an Islamic hegemony in the region, which Israel very much threatens.  The biggest abusers of the Palestinians are the Islamic nation that 'support' them.  It is those nations that fuel the worst parts of Palestine and suppress the best parts.

No, I have read enough, it is amazing that Israel has even managed to exist when surrounded by these enemies. I don't consider anyone fighting on the side of Western values against Islamic Barbarism to be a 'terrorist'.

Clearly you've never been to any of those countries otherwise you'd know they are for the most part quite modern. Internet access certainly wouldn't be a problem.

seriously tho, these 3rd world country wars are pretty huge as far as meaning goes.  religion is one of the biggest forms of mind control.  it seems so strange how they can live fairly close to one another yet be such rivals and for so long.  makes one wonder what each side is really on the verge of giving up, im sure its fairly obvious but i never cared to look it up

i guess the closest comparision on our homeland would be the indian reserves but we don't seem to ever hear from them.  we have a nack for getting what we want all the time somehow
