LC is the Shit!

ok so i finally got my LC to work and had phenominal results.  i knocked up 6 jars of brf 4 days ago and a few of the jars are already over 35% colonized.  now the other brf jars i did are still growing and its been 33 days!  i love LC, its the quickest and easiest way to do incoulation without spore prints or syringes.  i wanted to know if i put 8 quarts of rye into an autoclave bag and PC'd for 90 minutes and then let it sit over night, i want to inoculate with 20 cc's of LC in various areas.  do you guys think that this will colonize and be more efficient than using spore syringes and quart jars of rye.

yes. but i have had great success with grain to grain transfers also

yeah i would love to do a g2g transfer but i only have a glove box no flow hood, do you think i can do it inside of a sterilized glove box?  also i was wondering if i could just shoot a bunch of LC into a jar with sterilized grain and then shake the shit out of it and allow the LC to spread so i colonizes faster, in theory this should work right?

i only use a glove box when doing g2g. works just fine.

glove box...its a little tight in there but works fine. and typically your G2G transfers start working a little quicker. but that is not fact, thats just how it works with me
