i dont have time right now to read through all the replies to your original post, but after reading that once sentence you put in quotes...

you start the sentence very awkwardly and you have a disagreement in the tense of your writing...  as you stepped foot?  you stepped foot into the airport, then you had felt the aroma of something that was going to happen?  thats a bad sentence

so maybe your prof isnt far off

i actually have a 3.0 as of now. i do not plan to get lower than a 2.6 this semester because i fucked around and did too many drooogz last year. i still don't know why you plan to call me stupid even when i don't write correctly, hear me out im not talking perfect english but on a forum i just write whats good on my mind. just hear me out on this one. can you ever make peace with anyone?

you guys and the ego, i wish i knew some of you guys in real life . because you would think 100% opposite of what i am writing, truly sad at one point then the other its :facepalm:

It's funny how he said he did too many drugs last year, and then calls out other people on being druggies.

I do drugs on an occasional basis, and have a 3.55 and rising(third year).

Also, OP, everything you have written, and your rating opt-out, shows that you have quite the ego.  Whenever someone calls you on it, you go to insult them in some cross way and say "im not flaming, but...".  It's understandable that you would think you are "chill" in person, because most humans have hugely overinflated egos.  I'm sure that compared to the average your ego may be small, but to think your not here defending it time and time again is just dumb.  Your writing absolutely sucks.  Take all the suggestions to heart, and ignore the rest.

I can't really imagine what your whole essay looked like, if that is the one sentence you picked out to prove that it made sense...  When someone hands me a terrible paper to proof read, I say "yeah, it looks interesting" just because there is way too much to correct and I'm not gonna waste my time teaching them basic English.
