Police are insensitive assholes

I was just watching Tru Tv and they are showing something like the most shocking senior moments...

Anyway they showed a clip of an officer tazing a 72 year old woman. She could have done no harm to the much larger officer if if she meant to.  She was just leaning against her car and refused to move away from the officer when he asked her to.

If he was really that concerned could he not have moved away himself?

She made no threats whatsoever.

Not to mention the health concerns of tazing an elderly woman.

If that were my mother/grandmother the officer, i would be all over his ass regardless of the consequences.

Fuck power-crazed police.

today my friend told me a story about getting in a wreck while drunk and on xanax... he passed the sobriety test, so the cop didn't even write him a ticket, and told him to call a different towing company and tell them the police didnt come so he would save almost $200. So I guess they're not all bad :shrug:

maybe it's because he wasn't armed with a tazer...they seem to like to abuse those things

I was actually let go a few years ago for driving drunk underage (it was 1 month til my 21st if that matters).

I actually know a few decent police officers, so not all of them are bad.

Couldn't believe that clip I just saw though. A 72 year old? Come on, this officer was just a complete dumbass.  It's people like that who give all cops a bad name. Do they just let anyone become a cop these days? Jeez...

Not all police are bad my friend only like 99.9% of them and that is a statistic you can believe. If they cut you some slack it is because it isn't worth there time. oh like you know passing a field sobriety test. and not wanting to do the paper work on calling in for a tow job and incident report.

there was also a 14 year old girl, and like an 80 year old man. And yes, they pretty much do, at least so it seems

I agree. I am waiting for the day I get insulted while commiting no crime so I can say "to protect and serve does not involve insulting innocent people" or something like that. At which point I will either be tazed, beaten, and/or arrested

My nephew told me he hated the police. he came to this conclusion on his own at 8 years old, we never spoke ill of the police around him or anything, we were careful not to in fact. he came to this conclusion by his own observations. when children don't even trust the police we have a serious problem.

You can build up taser (tazer?) resistance by shocking yourself several times a day. 

I can't wait for some pig cunt to tase me and look all shocked and stuff while I stand there laughing Mwhahahahaha.  Then he'll prolly pull out his gun and shoot me, but that's ok, I have bullet proof legs.  If he shoots me in the chest I'm fucked.  but it would be worth it just to see the look on his face!

Pardon? Bullet proof legs?

I seriously doubt shocking yourself every day to build up a "tolerance" would make a tazer inefective, and is probably ridiculously bad for your nervous system, in fact all bodily functions and fluids. Cite some sources that point to where you came to this conclusion, or back it up with some science.
