As far as I'm concerned cops become pricks as soon as they apply to the police academy.

They already know that the job requires them to arrest peaceful drug users, so it's a job any decent human being with morals would refuse.

I'm a cop, and I'm not an asshole

I'm not really a cop btw

then again sometimes they are just in a bad mood...... Maybe he got layed before he pulled you over.

All cops want from a person is honesty. I tell them the truth! I ask them polite questions about the reasons of my being pulled over.

They ask me if i am drinking and i tell them i drank six or so beers but you know what i started around 7 and i been sipping them slowly ever our and a half or so i get a new one. Because i dont want to get overly intoxicated.

They like that along with being forth coming and truthfull. Not to mention speaking lucidly.

Anyways, moral of the story is...If you happen to get involved with the police, be courteous to them and show them respect and the outcome of your dealings with them will be more positive than if you act like a giant asshole.

^^truth^^

police are people too. They do a highly necessary job for very little pay, despite huge personal risks. Disrespect shitty people and shitty governments if you must, but don't disrespect the police unless you are absolutely sure they deserve it, which most of them don't.
