Plan B
    #11051123 -

If I lose my unemployment case, I am going to give my family $5000, then take the rest of my money, go to the casino, go to the high players table in roulette, put all my money on black.....and if i lose, kill myself.

I might try to rob a bank and if I know I am about to get caught, off myself.  No need to just kill myself without a good attempt of making life enjoyable for a little longer.

I don't enjoy life, never have. Ive always been the unhappy type.  I'm pass being depressed, done with crying, ready to deal with my problem...being alive and struggling.

Sure, I could work hard to survive in a life I don't like, but whats the point of that?  That's not for me.  Maybe you enjoy that kind of life, but I don't.

In reality, people don't care about other people except for family...and I'm certain that my family doesn't like me and I think that I embarrass them.  They have their lives and don't have time to cater to me, and i don't blame them.

This world is a vicious place.  Good people only get screwed, the bad excel.  Nice guys finish last.  Savers lose.  Corruption is everywhere.  There probably is not a God.

This is the most reasonably logical thing to do.

if this is the path you want. then do it.
but remember this.
if there is only one life we have.
and then it's nothing.
then you have wasted the gift that has been given to us.

life is not over.
if you hate society then live in the woods.
there is a way out of everything.
but offing you're self is the most wuss thing to do.

If this the only life we have, then it doesn't matter how good, how bad, how long, how short, how I die, etc...it does not matter.

Wuss?  So if you were sentenced to prison for life, and you were going to be tortured for the rest of your life, and you knew that there was almost no way you were ever going to enjoy your life, you would not end your life?

You can never "know" that you'll be unhappy forever, even in extreme circumstances. Fighting on is a valuable part of the experience.

Everyone has the right to choose their own time and place of death.  But if you're going to choose to die early, can you find a day to do so that provides a benefit to your family and society at large?  I can think of innumerable things, valuable, societially important things, a person could do with the foreknowledge that they won't survive the task.

Good luck. I wish you success whatever you decide.

Killing yourself would not be beneficial to anyone. Everyone gets down, theres no need to stay down.

Live your life to the fullest because its the only one you have. Have fun, laugh and love. Why focus all your time and energy on negative feelings and thoughts? Enjoy your self man. Life is awesome. As cliche as it may sound, life is what you make it, even in the worst of situations.

Why commit a crime worthy of life? If it did come to that, leave the country.

I didn't know that. We have the right to choose our own death?!!!! Where have you read it or give me an example in the whole ecosystem, besides homo sapiens sapiens who thinks he can do whatever his ass wants.Don't fuck with mother nature.

But you made a good point in the end. Start helping people without expecting any benefits.Observe them. Maybe you will fall in love with humans. You have nothing to loose now. You see that the world is hostile, be the change you want to see in the world and then the whole world will change.Trust me.The external world is a reflection of your inner state. The Universe is a subjective place. Religion and philosophy have proved it in the past, now quantum physics confirms it.

Fuck, mate, look around.  Some animals will lay down to starve to death when they lose their mate.  Not all of them, and not every one in their respective species, but individuals certainly do.  Animals, including humans, have free will and sure can do whatever they want.

More commonly, some animals will fight to the death to protect others.  That's where I was going with that comment.  Think about it -- things you could do that would make the world a better place, or bring justice to those who can buy it off, would be lethal to the doer.

More probable, find self-sacrifice in service.  We all go out in the end, but you'll probably accomplish more with another 70ish years.

have you really tried everything to help your depression / other problems? if you're considering this plan of yours, you should at least try things that have helped others and see what works for you.

I think some animals can enter depression, like you said when they lose their mate, but I don't think  they will go that far out,I don't think their intention is to commit suicide, they just can't eat.And about animals who fight to the death(which is very seldom  like 0,00001%,usually they retreat before is to late) again their intention is not to commit suicide.

To choose your time and place of death means to commit suicide, I never saw a goat just standing to be eaten by lion,or whatever.Or to jump over a cliff. That never happens, without exception.

And about free will, exactly, animals have free will that's why they don't commit suicide, if you could speak with an animal about this subject, I'm sure it will not understand the term suicide,it will be the greatest paradox...and humans don't have free will, they're runed by the egoic mind.

Of course I didn't stand in the jungle for years and watch animal behaviour, are ideas from some of my reading which I agree with. Anyway if u think it's invented what I've said, maybe you're right, ignore what I've said. Who knows...sorry.

One thing about being sad and angry is that you lose perspective. When you're emotional like that, you just can't see straight; you can't make an accurate appraisal of the world to save your life. Be aware that strong emotions impair people like a nasty drug.

This is all really familiar, this "Everyone is terrible, the world is terrible" schtick. It was mine too for a while.

But it's not anymore, things change.

Perspective is reality, and when it changes, reality changes.

A few years down the road you'll be a different person, one way or another, and your reality will be different. Especially if you're pretty young now. Just try not to do too much damage between now and then.

Welcome evermore to gods and men is the self-helping man.  For him all doors are flung wide: him all tongues greet, all honors crown, all eyes follow with desire.  Our love goes out to him and embraces him, because he did not need it.
