help me with my health plan please!

hey guys! id like to tap the benefit of your collective wisdom.

the following is my health plan, and id like you to tell me anything i should add or subtract from it, specifically with the multivitamin/herb thing.

so every day i try to eat 3 'square meals' including fruit, veggies, lots of protein, some carbs, lots of water.

i drink at least one cup of green tea for antioxidants and take the folowing supplements

-echinacea and vitamin c (for immune system)
-multivitamin (centrum)
-calcium (for bones)
-garlic oil (anti-tumorial, all kinds of good stuff)

then i try to have at least 3 really good work out sesions a week, focusing on a specific body area, like upper body and abs or lower body and abs...

i havent been doing any cardio, except maybe a few hundred jumping jacks.

so how does this sound?

and work out techniques i should use? i dont run becuse judo gave me bad knees and ive heard jogging will really mess them up.

any other vitamin supplements you guys use and find good?

dietary things?

the healthy food and the workouts sound good to me; a good way to stay healthy :thumbup:

but this:

is absolutely unnecessary imo. If you have a varied and balanced diet (like you plan to) you definitely don't need extra supplements, it's just useless.

you're plan sounds really good actually. i follow a very similar route as you in diet and in excercise routine (although probably a bit on the more obsessive side of the workout coin).

i also have a bad knee that flares up when i jog so i haven't been able to do so for about a year. i don't really do any cardio because of this and alot of leg excercises aggrivate my knee condition but i have found leg extensions (quads and groin), leg curls (hammies), and calf raises to be low knee stress so i do those.
