Pretty sure these are Naemataloma fasiculare, but i'd like a second opinion. Found them growing in my yard between some dead tree roots.

Cap - smooth yellow orange at center fading to light yellow towards margin
Stem - fibrouse, hollow but sturdy, yellow, some with veil remnants
Gills - attached, slightly adnexed, greenish yellow on young specimens, yellow brown on more mature specimens
Spores - still printing, but based on spore dust on veil remnants and caps of smaller mushrooms i'm pretty sure it's purple brown/black
Habitat - in soil near buried wood, South Eastern Virginia, USA
Smell - mild, pleasant, some slightly spermatic
Bruising - none observed

They aren't all that yellow, maybe you have one of the edible Hypholoma species like H. capnoides.  Check the flavor.
