ID Request - Possible Missouri Cubes?

SPECIMEN #1:





Habitat:
Found in midwestern yard, unfertilized grass under large conifer about 6 feet from trunk. Growing in patch of 5-6 large caps.

Gills:
White, some attached/some not - mainly detached

Stem:
2.5in long, .30in wide, white in color, "candy cane"-type twisting lines, more solid than hollow, medium thick

Cap:
4in diameter, white and smooth, conical with brown "nipple" (forget the technical term, sorry), mild convex sloping

Spore print color:
White, although less bright white then Specimen #2

Bruising:
No bruising seen

Other information:

SPECIMEN #2:



Habitat:
Found in same yard, unfertilized soil. Growing near small conifer, no other caps surrounding.

Gills:
Thin, white and attached to stem

Stem:
5 inches, white in color with some pink/purple at base

Cap:
Spherical when found, expanding to conical/convex after a night of drying, brown with raised "oatmeal-like" spots on top

Spore print color:
Bright white

Bruising color:
appears to bruise pinkish/purplish but only near base

Cubes have grayish purple gills. And I am not sure if they grow in Missouri.

And if they do, it's not in grass unless grazed by cows.

I am not sure what sample # 1 is.  Maybe Tricholoma but probably not.

Sample 2 is a rubescent Amanita, probably Amanita amerirubescens.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
