I'm seeking advice and input on pharmahuasca.

Hello all.

I've recently begun smoking DMT more frequently and have had some very profound experiences with it.  The kind of experiences that are awakening me to a sense of purpose...there is a common thread among them, and it is speaking with great truth to the core of me, to things I want to do with my life. Namely I very much want to experiment with spoken word and speaking out loud about the psychedelic experience. I am pondering creating a monologue out of my own DMT experiences.  I notice when I speak, people seem to enjoy my stories...I always thought my stories were best kept in written word, but feeling somewhat constricted in that form I'm yearning to break out into a new medium. I recently presided over the wedding of two dear friends, and the kind words I received from numerous guests and the couple themselves afterwards seems to me to be further evidence that I need to explore speaking out loud.

This past Monday, I smoked DMT and had the following experience:

Obviously...speaking aloud is something I'd like to explore.

This coming weekend I have my apartment to myself. It presents me with a rare opportunity to spread my psychedelic wings unencumbered by roommates.  This is an opportunity for a great solo journey.

I have an unknown amount of DMT.  I know I need to measure it and find out how much but I would like advice and how much is the *minimum* needed for a pharmahuasca experience.  I also have a vial of Harmaline tincture given me by a friend - it says Harmaline 5x on it, Not For Human Consumption - haha!

I have no real way of measuring it is the only thing though...it's liquid extract.

Any advice or pointers on preparing a pharmahuasca brew/mixture without any real measurements of what I have would be much appreciated.  I'm looking to stretch out the DMT experience to explore those different facets of my experience with reality, namely dance and spoken word, without feeling it all fleeing away. I want room to stretch in the experience and learn over time.  And babble my brains out.

When taking freebase DMT orally you need a little more than when smoking it. I recommend 100-150mg.

I assume the harmaline tincture you have is the 5x from ias. On their site they say it contains 75mg harmaline per dropper. A sufficient dose of harmaline begins at 150mg so take at least 2 full droppers. I would take 3 just be sure you're fully inhibited.

I've always received best results taking the harmala alkaloids first then eat the DMT about 45 minutes later. You will feel the harmaline taking effect at about the 30-45 minute mark and that is your queue to take the DMT.

Pharmahuasca is an amazing experience hope you find what you're looking for! :merkaba:

never ventured into this mysefl

tho have neen told its crucial to use the cleanest possible crystals if you are going to dose dmt freebase oraly

that seems kinda obvious really

other than that

just make yourself comfy

get a nice space to work with and al that and let go of any and all expectations. have fun frobot :mushroomgrow:

Its my next step in the adventure...i just received my 95% harmine/harmaline mix, recommended dose is 150 mg. It supposed to be 60/40 mix. they gave me 3 seeds of datuara too ...debating on taking those on my journey.

I haven't had much luck with the ias tincture.  One time I took three dropperfuls and only had an hour long DMT trip.  My mao wasn't inhibitied properly. 

The next time I took four dropperfuls and it was a dud.  Keep in mind the DMT was from the same batch and it was extracted with Everclear alcohol.  The DMT was potent, but the maoi wasn't.

I then bought pure harmine pills and took that with my pills and it was a three or four hour long massive experience.

I guess my point is that it is probably better to overshoot the maoi than the DMT.

Well it's today, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

I don't think I have enough DMT to orally ingest it so I am thinking about exploring the effects of harmaline mixed with DMT but smoking the DMT.  I've been reading extensively on the MAOI diet and finding a lot of conflicting first person reports.  I ate a bunch of cheese ravioli last night, around 10 PM, and I know cheese is supposed to be avoided the day of (and sometimes the week leading up to) taking an MAOI. However, I don't plan on taking a lot and also I've read reports of people eating the supposedly dangerous MAOI foods the day of and being absolutely fine...

As it is, I've had an almond croissant and coffee around 11 AM, and have since been fasting except for water.

It's been suggested to me to take 3 dropperfuls of the Harmaline tincture, which should be 75mg each apparently..and then smoke the DMT maybe an hour later.
