The only thing that keeps me from getting a boner randomly is thinking.
I get hard in non arousing situations like washing my dick in the shower if i dont think it from popping up.
If it gets enough physical attention and your mind isn't racing elsewhere (like what can happen to my on lsd/shrooms/e) then it will stand straight up. I doubt you would bust a full nut out unconscious, that seems to take some concentration, but if you can in dreams i would say its possible if you were in a roofie hole.

Roofies dont knock you out necessarily. You might pass out, or you might be somewhat alert and just not want to move or talk (+ memory loss.)
