lol not for cali, i have a hunch washington is bending them over backwords until they start pushing stricter laws.  i remember an article not to long ago about how arnold wanted to shut down a few parks to save money and then obama stepped in and said if he shuts it down it becomes federal property as all public parks MUST remain open and maintained, think i recall fines being involved as well.  i guess its true but it seems like they have a hawks eye on cali, and when they could give lenancy they decide to stick it to them.  they want them to come begging for money and support so they can demand harsher punishments

eventually youll save money i suppose if you cut corners on nearly every educational program, try to force professors to work without pay, and invest funds in the the mass advertisement of state sanctioned lottery systems

the problem is the rich created bullshit jobs so they didn't have to work, then they decided they could make even more money if they let people do those bullshit jobs for them while they do even less work.

now were stuck with a system where only 10% of our society actually does a fuckin thing....farming/manufactoring/mining.  those are the basic needs of life...we all do shit!

the states are fucked because we have 2 many bullshit jobs.  but were way too overpopulated to do real jobs.  and ontop of that because of all the bullshit jobs...for us to do ANYTHING in regards to fixing a problem we can't MOVE.  were tied down because we have to provide for bullshit rich elites...we gotta pay THEIR bills....THEN with our chump change were sopposed to make change....NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

WTF?!?!?! California already has the strictest laws, except for that
marijuana stuff, they're pretty lax there so I understand the desire for
stricter laws about marijuana, in fact I heard they had a new strain
called chronic that was even more deadly than the other stuff they used to
have, see, they need laws... and god because laws are nothing without god

yah i was talking about the mj laws, im sure it really rattles the cages all the way over in washington.  those rich silverforked politition folk prolly come to cali to visit and see all the party and gangbangers and say to themselves...those fucking mj laws sure are killing this country.

so yah my hunch is they have been cutting cali's funding and thats one of the underlieing reasons its doing so bad.  i mean they sell grapes n shit down their everybody loves grapes and cheese so why are they doing so bad

and florda has oranges but they get raped by god himself 12x a year by a plague of hurricanes yet im sure they are doing 10x as better than cali

back in the 80s they started pressuring states to raise the drinking age
to 21, they were extorting them with the road funds at that point
