Seriously though the whole 3 meals a day thing is overated ,I have never eaten 3 meals a day ,usually 2 and now I am eating about 1 and a half a day.Now that I am eating less ,I shit less.......might go 3 or 4 days without a dump....:shrug:

  Then I will eat alot for a few days and shit alot ,then go back to every couple of days when I eat less.I actually only eat now when I am hungry ,rather because of some time keeper on the wall.

I eat my first meal at about 1 to 3 pm and then I might eat again from 6 to 10 pm ,one meal being the main one ,either the early or late meal will be large and the other will be small .

Basically I eat when I am hungry or have the time,if you dont eat when you are hungry the feeling goes away,other than a really good meal I hate the entire eating concept anyway....eat shit eat shit and buy more food  ,I find the entire thing gets old after almost 40 years of doing it,I used to really like to eat but it has gotten old now.

Coffee and cigarettes work really well. i've gotten to the point where one sip and one drag opens my butt gates like WOAH. and then i'll have 2 or3 mini poops in the morning. it actually doesn't feel so good. but yea leafy salads high fiber cereal. c'mon 2 times a week? that just doesn't seem right.

i like to poop, but hate the backsplash cos i can only shit whilst squatting. to counteract this, i tend to line the toilet bowl with toilet paper. this helps only if the second turd doesnt follow the first one too closely, otherwise i would still get hit by some backsplash.

in an attempt to save toilet paper, i have also tried to move my ass downwards with the shit until it hits the bowl, all in one smooth follow-through. this works, but doesnt make pooping very enjoyable.

pooping twice a week may seem too little, but everyones body is different. so if fee's gf thinks and knows shes healthy, then perhaps it boils down to the fact that she just doesnt need to poop much.

perhaps her body extracts her food really really well.

or perhaps her shit is only made up of drugs. in this case, i would highly recommend eating some of her shit cos it might get you high.
