Money Bomb Today Dr. Rand Paul for US SENATE

The money bomb for Rand Paul starts tonight at Midnight EST.  All donations are to be made directly to Rand Paul’s campaign at http://www.RandPaul2010.com.

Rand is a true defender of individual rights and personal privacy. He fiercely opposes the war on drugs, one of the many views he shares with his father, Ron Paul. It is 9 months before the primary and he is already polling very high. Rand has a very real shot. Lets blast him into frontrunner status and get someone who is a outsider and will stand up for us instead of special interests into the US Senate.

They both are firm believers of separation of church and state, so it really doesn't matter what his view on religion is. But Ron is episcopalian, you got a problem with them?

Ron Paul publicly stated he didn't believe in evolution and supports prayer in school.


I have a problem with that.

Show me where, and I sure he meant an individuals right to pray at school, not a organized prayer forced onto kids.

I think it'd be nice to see a guy like this... I'm an open WTFer when conservatives mention their "libertarian roots" (unless they mean roots in the Australian sense), but even though I think libertarians are a joke I still like them way the fuck more than those nutbags that take up the conservatives and democrats ranks.

there is a difference between supporting prayer, and imposing it.  paul recognizes and embraces the importance of the separation of church and state.  he's all for getting the federal government out of education entirely.  don't be a sheep.

roe vs wade should never been decided at a federal level, both Dr Pauls are pro choice but beleive abortion is a issue that constituionally should be left up to individual states to decide on.

while i support ron paul and voted for him in the primaries, I'm 99% sure that he's pro-life.  but he does believe it should be decided by the states.

who cares WHAT values he has if he recognizes the separation of church and state and doesn't let his religion influence political actions.  i don't care if he's christian, muslim, hindu, or martian.  if he respects separation, his religion makes no difference.

Personal views come into play more than you think, regardless of his church and state separation view, I still don't support him...


And until the revolution happens I support socialized medicine and Paul doesn't.

Its just my opinion. You don't have to agree.

Looks like he took in almost half a mil yesterday.  I don't see any official numbers, but either way, it's not bad.
