casing/substrate questions?

ive got a question ive made a casing the 50/50 tek ive use 10 parts peatmoss and 10 parts verm, 1 part gypsum and 1/4 part  hydrated lime......my question is can i take my rye spawn and add that to my casing mix as my substrate instead of using dung or coco coir??

Uh, no.
Rye is a spawn.
Manure/Coir are bulk substrates.
Casings go on top of the bulk substrate to keep moisture in a micro-climate to help with better pinning.

so i will also need to get coco coir to spawn my rye to the bulk substrate...right?

you know , if you use the search bar ,you can find your answer....but off the bat ..your question just seems confusing...please , whatever tek your using ..follow it to the tee..and it should be clear on what to do as you progress....
