Agar , LC and grain work advice/tips

I recently ordered an  intermediate agar kit. I want to start practicing working with agar and making my own grain spawn. I have some prints from my oysters i want to try and also a lc of enoki. I plan on making a glove box to do the work in. I have read a million threads and FAQ's here about this, also have read through all 3 of PS's books. Just looking for advice/tips/links that have worked for you guys. I have a small pressure cooker , not sure if it will fit quart jars , but defiantly pints. Thanks!

do you want to try and select a different strain of oyster?  if not then rather use a fruiting strain, your prints will give you all sorts of strains some may not even fruit.  Try and get a commercial strain from someone.

The best tip I can give is do not always believe everything you read and NEVER EVER give up!

I suggest looking at this thread.  The poster put keywords at the end of each paragraph; do a case-sensitive search for "AGAR" and you should find plenty of good material, albeit sometimes repeated.
