yeah, sometimes a next few days after rolling can be tough.

you can try taking 5-HTP to help replenish some of your serotonin. 

but thats probably a little overkill.  drink water and orange juice (for vitamin C) and eat a couple good meals, youll feel right as rain.

if you cant eat, smoke a bowl.

i rolled on saturday night.  i forgot how shitty the comedown is.  i think im done with ecstacy.  its just not as much fun as it used to be.

as others have said, 5HTP and sleep. multivitamin and great diet. exercise a little, even if you're not in the mood. especially if you don't have obligations today or tomorrow, try to relax and treat yourself (without compromising health).

i'm in the same boat. the effects are so much weaker, and the comedown is so much shittier. i might stop altogether, or take a minimum 2-year break.

Pressed ecstasy comedown + coke comedown = superduper comedown from hell

I can't imagine why anyone would knowingly ingest bzp.

I know hpi likes it but I know of nobody else.

Meth isn't in them here(yet) so can't say for that but bzp is the dirtiest,piece of rotten dog shit additive to them. It was originally used as a worming product :facepalm:

Ecstasy. The best high/worst comedown combo.

It took something greater than the comedown for me to quit this drug. It took a desire to want to succeed academically, and push my own envelope intellectually, rather than the feeling of shit you get the day after rolling, or the coming months of stupidity and slowness.

I feel sorry for people who do not get out of this loop fast enough. The brain is highly malleable, and can adapt and recover if you let it, but you have to let it.
