FUCK GHB

my hometown used to have the most kickass Mardi Gras parade...an island with a population of like 200, for mardi gras we'd have 12,000 people here, with a very laid back and festive atmosphere...
2 years in a row some dumb fuck was spiking people's shit with GHB and caused a few deaths, now it's cancelled forever

and of course the GHB rape-age

decriminalizing = not legal, but not the law enforcement priority. unable to sell legally. cant be denied of job for drug use.
legalizing = possession, use, sale, distribution is all without criminal penalty, the government can tax it, and there can be commercial sales.

more simply put, "Legalization means you remove the law from the books. Decriminalization means you set limits for personal use."

Legalization means that it is no longer against the law.
Decriminalization, means that it is still against the law, just not against the criminal law, maybe against civil law, for example. Or it can mean that something is no longer a criminal offense, but it is nevertheless subject to strictly enforced regulations

Now your just making shit up, with no basis in reality.

No one...and I mean NO ONE, on the face of the earth would classify anthrax as a drug.....much less a recreational one.

Only in your fantasy world would a biological entity be called a drug.

drug -  any article, other than food, intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of humans or other animals
source
legalization in turn allows to be sold in commercial stores.

under the statement "all drugs should be legal"
one is saying 'anthrax should be avaliable to everyone"

and i say "FUCK NO" and thus:
regulate / decriminalize all drugs
legalize all psychedelics

way to not read the entire definition dude. and no, anthrax is not a drug. by your definition, if i hit you with a stick and broke your leg, the stick would be a drug

im simply trying to point on the difference between decriminalization and legalization.
right now cannabis is decriminalized in several states, its not legal.
thats how i feel drugs like GHB should stay

while psychedelics should be as legal as a blade of grass.

and i know it sounds retarded but if your argument for "legalize all drugs!" is i have the right over my own body.
then i have the right to but anthrax in my own body.
and the government should legalize that too.

and i say NO. decriminalize but not legalize.
