holy shit im sorry i have to double post this. I feel soooooo bad for people who smoke weed. This is such an unjust system and you guys just keep getting fucked in the ass legally over and over again.

I think the US has the flat out retarded drug policies - it shames me to live here homestly. Every day, the more and more I think about the retarded laws that US citizens have to put up with, it literally makes me sick to my stomach.

That's a start, but they really need to turn the other way completely when it comes to cannabis. No arrest, no incarceration at all for any amount or cultivation.

You all need something similar to this document which he have pending here in California.

Hopefully, it will be passed into law in the 2008 election.

Just to be clear I am of course 100% in favor of total legalization of marijuana. I've gone on and on about it in many a pub thread in fact. I'm just saying compared to what I expected it's nice to know you can have a couple joints on you in Mississippi and not have to fear serious consequences. But still, yeah, in my opinion, for anybody to be punished in any way for any amount of marijuana is completely backwards and makes no more sense than outlawing carnations.

Tell me about it. I was in jail not too long ago with someone who stabbed and killed someone.

Guess how long he spent there? One month. Got out on self defense.

Want here something else? I read that a man got 5 years in prison for owning a roach while on parole.
