What's the proper thing to do with kandi people give you when you're not at all a kandi kid?

I usually just pocket it, then toss it in a box in the closet when I get home :shrug:

I still have old kandi from YEARS ago, but I never wear any of it...I'd just kinda feel like a dick for throwing a present out.
