Pics and questions from my latest crop

Hola, I am in the last leg of my first crop in several years, as I melted a piece of my brain with the last batch and needed some time to recover. So anyway since it's been so long since I've done this I was a little rusty and things did not go quite as smooth as I had hoped, but I was successful none the less. I'm posting this just to get some feedback on the look and size of the crops and any suggestions anyone may have based on what little bit of my setup you can see. I am considering buying a hydropod for the next batch, what are people's opinions of those? Also, do Hawaiians require different growing conditions that normal? The four cakes on the right side of the pic are Hawaiian and they (obviously) did not do as well as the other, (which was PF strophia or PF classic, I got the syringes mixed up) but I'm not sure why. Also, I remember the cakes turining bluish after exhaustion, but that one with no mushrooms on it is really gettin colorful, is that normal? Sorry I had to post the pics off site, but I could not upload them here for some reason.

1) I wouldn't waste my money on a pod (no offense to whoever's selling it) but thats cause cakes aren't my main concern.

2) damn you let those fruits grow way past what you should have, they are all split, thats crazy, just pick them and eat them already.

I think they must have split earlier that most or something, because most of them had not even dropped their veil yet when they started splitting. Also any suggestions on the best way to attempt to initiate a second flush, besides just leaving them as is in the chamber?

You could dunk/cold shock them.

I see spores all over that cake and fruits that should have definitely been picked a lot earlier.

Skikid16 can u explain the process of cold dunk/cold shocking them? Assuming there's more to in than just dunking the cake in water. Also if anyone has any links about multiple flushes I would be mucho grateful. I was unable to find any info on that subject in the FAQ section.

Somebody's fiesty tonight? hehehe, geez dassault, you ain't gotta be so mean, you're scaring the children.

Badfish: About dunking, just put them back in clean 1/2 pint jars (I'm assuming they are 1/2 pint cakes?) and fill up the jar with distilled water. Place a lid on the jar, and screw it on tight, then place the jar in the fridge for 24 hours. It's really easy, and you'll notice the difference.

and btw, I did not ignore the directions, I just wrongly assumed that multiple flushes would be a main dir, instead of a sub. I even read through almost every topic, but of course I missed the one it was in. honest mistake.....
