I go to bed around3 - 4 am.
My alarm clock on the bed table is set to 8am
I usually have a very productive day :tongue::smirk:

well i have insomnia so i usually fall asleep around 3-5 but i put 5... and now that its summer i put 12 because i usually wake up then

I usually go to bed around 2-3 and get up at seven. But I'm trying to be healthy, so early bed :smile:.

Pretty funny looking at the responses.  I'm just getting up when a lot of people are just getting to bed.

I'm usually up about 5:30AM and sleeping by 11:00 PM

Im with bad chad.

Im in bed by 12 everynight with occassional exceptions (perhaps 2x per month.)

Up at 6:30-7:30 but would like to get up a bit earlier to start exercising in the mornings.

Sleep is precious to me, and im useless without it. I noticed today, i was very energized and positive all day because i slept in until 9.

Hard to give accurate results.  During the week, I go to bed between 10p-12a, and get up between 6-7a.  During the weekend, I'll go to bed anywhere between 2a-6a, heh.

Go to bed around 9:30pm and wake up around 4:30am to 5:00am.  I haven't set an alarm clock in more than a decade.  I hold the same schedule on the weekends as well.  If I know that I am going to be staying up late, I try to take a nap during the day.

If I have nothing to do, I almost unfailingly go to bed between 12 and 1 and get up between 9 and 10.  I'm a long sleeper.  If I go out, I usually am out til 3 or 4, and still get up around 10.  I also take lots of afternoon naps.

Dr. Seuss, why do you keep that schedule?  Is it work-related or are you a morning person?  Just curious, as most of my peers don't keep that kind of schedule.

I go to bed anywhere from 7 pm to midnight.

I wake up anywhere from 5 am to noon.

i wish i could go to bed at 10... I've tried but i cant... i hate the night but i bound to it. ad I've tried many drugs to help to go to sleep. pot doesn't help ambien doesn't help after the 3rd night and alcohol only works if I'm wasted but then i don't have a good sleep anyway. fuck i hate insomnia
