waking up

damn it. Waking up in the morning is the worst part of being human. Well it all depends on how many hours of sleep I guess.
When I get around 6-7 hours I can function great throughout the day. Infact its almost better than if I would get 10-13. But the thing is. When I wake up with 6-7 hours of sleep I just wanna fucking cut somone. Im not really pissed, but im annoyed, tired as fuck and almost depressed. When I was a freshman I missed a shitload of class because I would get up for an 8 o clock class and be like, fuck this shit, im tired.
Can anyone else relate? Is there a way to avoid this?
maybe just more sleep, I dunno

Drugs and alcohol can intensify that feeling.
I used to be exactly the same, especially when I smoked weed every day.
Now it doesn't happen anymore. I used to be one of the most violent miserable morning people.
Either I grew out of it, or stopping the drug use helped.

i feel you.
if i wake up and it's about 5 minutes before the alarm goes off.
i generally don't get up!!! I go back to sleepy and then the alarm going off makes me more tired than before.
Or if it's 15 minutes before the alarm goes off I generally don't get up either.
And I set the alarm early and I'm like "this is a good time to get up" then I wake up (before the alarm wakes me) and I think "oohhhhh man i don't want to get up yet...." and I set it forward and go back to sleep.
Then I wake up and set it forward even more.

WE often wake up by sounds..
Today, some OLD man, carrying his notes, went door to door, and hit my door, around 11:00 ..
Funny shit to wake up to, ...
Now I am sleepy, but see no point in going back to bed, before tonight.

Personally, I think its great how blasted I am after a very deep, trancing sleep. Walking unconsiously out of wherever Im sleeping and try to frantically heat up a cup of coffee or shroom tea before I drop.
Remedie solutions - Get alarm stero system and blast your fav "energy" song to wake up too. - Trick yourself into thinking that if you get up, you can have a cookie - Command your legs to move and if they dont, get up just to spite them.
Ha ^_^ , Dont be such a sore ass in the morning dude, thats all you gotta think. Then wamo, its no longer a problem...Behaviors and thought patterns are easy to change if you consider it needs changin...

I dunno dude, sleeping is better than getting up.
Sleeping I can fly or have unrealistic sex and do whatever my imagination thinks of (and usually it doesn't think of new ideas enough to keep me interested but still....) when I get up I have to wash flower pots..... for 4 hours......
when i go to sleep i imagine washing them in my mind, which isn't fun.

I think waking up is kind of like jumping into a cool pool.
As soon as that alarm gets you up, you have to get up, turn it off, and walk around griping, moping, and going "mannnn....... mannnnn....... mannnnnnn..... mannnnnn" until your brain wakes up. it's similar to getting used to the pool water.
sucks in a tremendous way but this way gets it over just as quickly as it takes to warm up in a swimming pool.
