are these copes?

The usual issue: Is this a Cope cyanescen or pana antillarum?
(sorry the pics suck)
I picked today,they were sharing the pasture fiel with some cube.I usually find a lot of these but dont know what they are.

The spores where gray, I tried if they get bleu but, they got like a blue-purple black color, but not blue.


















If these are not cope, is there a chance to find cope in the near, or they can´t share the same field with no actives like antillarum?

The first two pictures are neither. It looks like a Coprinoid of some sort. The others are Panaeolus antillarum.
Finding Pan. antillarum in a field does not rule out finding Pan. cyanescens. To the contrary, they share the same habitat. But as opposed to Pan. antillarum, Pan. cyanescens is more delicate and fragile, especially the stipe, and it prefers the shadier spots in a field.

Why do you say so. it s because of the gray spores, or something else.

It just looks like the cap is collapsed like I've seen it in coprinoids often. But maybe this is just a mutated Pan. I don't think that the spores are grey, actually. How long did you print them for? You should let them print for at least 3-4 hours. Then you'll notice that most of those "grey" spore prints are actually black.

yeah, looks like you found a bunch of Pan Antillarum.

the fist two photos could be a Coprinoid like German Kahuna mentioned, but they could just a sun-baked Antillarum.

I have found active Pans growing in the same field where inactive Pans are growing. They share the same habitat like said before.

are you in Florida by any chance.?

No, Im not in FL, this´s in  Costa Rica.  I m picking some more today,(cube por tomorrow´s trip:mushroom2:) and maybe take some pictures of others  wich i think are copes. cyanes.
