Generally, the advice is to chuck a tub if it contaminates before the first flush and to apply a heavy salt paste on the affected areas to get through a flush if you already have pins. You didn't really kill the trich in your tub - it's still colonizing your substrate with a vengeance and will likely start sporulating elsewhere in a day or two.

Personally, I would have tossed it at the first sign of trichoderma. You'll need to keep a close eye on it to make sure you don't wind up with a tub puking spores all over your grow area.
