Whats the water content in the poo? If its too wet, it won't colonize, if its too dry, it won't colonize, you get the picture.

Skikid is on the money. Microwave pasturization is not ideal. As it can / will raise temps far beyond those for pasturization.

Poo should be as moist as possible, BUT -- not drip.

Also, poo must be ~~aged~~leached~~dry~~ enough to start with that, it has no urine or ammonia smell.

6T

Be patient. Let it do its thing. It may colonize. 6T

You might give it a little air exchange. To lower the moisture content. 6T

Pic is to dark to be of use. Big tight chunks of poo, take longer to colonize. Premature casing & pin initiation = crappy fruiting & give any possible contams, a better chance at f*cking up the works. Suggest you be patiant. 6T
