Sunburn after-care
    #10362565 -

Today I wandered in the shining Sun with bare white skin.
Any person who wanders in the shining Sun with bare white skin will get sunburnt.
Therefore, I am now sunburnt.

I am sitting here drinking plenty of water with a minor sun-burn. It does not really hurt to the touch, but my bones feel weak as if I had the flu. I am not worried about the weakness because my body is repairing cells elsewhere.
It does not feel uncomfortable to wear a shirt at the moment. If it had then I would definitely not consider wearing a shirt inside.

Now to my question.  Is it more helpful to my skin's health to keep clothing on or off. I am inside currently not exposed to the Sun.

I believe that keeping a shirt on could possibly rub off some of my skin cells. I know some are dead, but they could act as a shell or sponge to keep my skin's oils on the surface.

Use aloe vera - or sunburn cream. I'm a redhead I burn really easily you gotta takem seriously though skin cancer isn't funny. The clothes don't matter I'm betting. I remember one summer a few years back I went to wild waves w/o sunscreen and was in horrible, HORRIBLE pain for like 2 days. I'd yelp and scream if I turned my body the wrong way or someone touched me. I felt like I was on fire with pain it was fucking awful

haha. A hot shower must kill my nerve endings in order to keep me from feeling something which is damaged skin.

I had already aloe'd. I put it on once the previous 'dose' soaks in then I repeat.

it works tho
whenever i got badly sunburnt just a slightly warm shower felt boiling hot and you adjust it until youre under a pretty hot shower and when you get out you get the reverse effect ie you cool down, then add the cremes like vitamin e and aloevera
