New member: Florida

I joined here because it's that season again and this time I want to successfully identify some active species. I live in north-east Florida. I was making my username and saw that Florida wasn't registered so I took it.
I am a regular poster on Grasscity forums. I am 18.
Here is my list of drugs I have experienced in order:
Marijuana
DXM
Alcohol
Xanax
Valium
Diphenhydramine
Hydrocodone
Oxycodone
Salvia
Cocaine
Codeine
Ecstacy
I have had no true hallucinogenic experiences. Though I have wanted to for some time now. I tried salvia once not to much effect. I have tripped on DXM numerous times, it is my second favorite chemical my first being THC. Seeing as how LSD is so hard to find these days, the next best thing is shrooms...and seeing as how I can't find a connect for them, I would love to go hunting with my friends. But they all look so similar to me.:eek:
Any tips for a new member at the shroomery? I hear a lot of good things about this forum, so I want to be a part of it.:grin:

I HIGHLY suggest you go to the hunting section of this forum for help with hunting mushrooms.

I see a problem with your list, where is the Amphetamine?

True hallucinatiosn don't come from psychedelics, they come from deliriants such as Diphenhydramine and dramamine. A natural but possibly fatal way is through Brugmansia or Datura. If you really wanna experience it then you can through the use of Gravol, you need a lot but it WILL do the trick.

You had no luck with Salvia? How were you smoking it and what was it's potency? Salvia breakthroughs don't often happen on the first time but when it does happen you will know!

Also Hpi, salvia is illegal in the state of FL (not sure about other states laws though).

When I said a true hallucinogenic experience I didn't mean true hallucinations. Those are NO fun. I hate deliriants. The salvia was purple sticky brand 5x, I was smoking it out of a spoon with a regular lighter, not the best circumstances. What it did do was make me feel extremely high and I saw clear honeycomb shapes. I will be spending time in hunting section. I haven't had a chance to try amphetamines the closest I have gotten was a dream I had a couple nights ago that I was smoking meth and bought a gram or more for $10 lol.

Florida is a great state for hunting. I live in the central region where there are cow fields everywhere. There should be fields in your area, but if there isn't, you probably wouldn't have to drive that far. Try google earth. Best of luck and welcome.

You don't need some torch lighter btw, you can just hold the flame on the Sally D while you hit it.

You just felt those normal stupid salvia effects, stupid as in retarded highs. It's nothing compared to a salvia break through though. Nothing can compare to a full blown breakthrough into Salvia space!

Actually come to think of it this old lady told me where some where off of the interstate across town, but I don't want to be killed on sight by some redneck in the middle of nowhere.

Well I had a very bad experience with diphenhydramine that left me insane and delirious for months, spend two weeks in a psych ward, was so paranoid that people were plotting my death randomly. They hold little to no recreational value with me.

Im in central FL, and i can tell you it will be at least a month before any mushies sprout.

Its just too dry atm.

Brows around the hunting and image forums, learn every detail that you can on psilocybe cubensis.

ASK BEFORE YOU ENTER ANY FIELD, or be really fucking sneaky, (ninja sneaky).

Post images of all finds to have them ID'd (in hunting forum).

DO NOT CONSUME UNTIL 100% SURE.


psilocybe cubensis are really s=easy to id in florida once you know what to look for, it wont take you long.

After that, its all about fun, safety, and happy trails.

I cant wait till the rains come and i can make some harvests.

I really want to do a camp out with some friends this summer.

A few days in the woods, tripping, high, and maybe a few drinks..hell yea.



And after this summer i think im gonna start growing....

Once i can afford a pressure cooker.
