increase semen volume ?

i ejaculate rather small loads compared to some people i see in videos and i was wondering if there was a legit

afaik semen reservoirs are "full" after about 2-3 days of no ejaculation so there is no point to wait that long.

Increasing semen fluid is easy. You probably want it thicker though, too. More, thicker semen = more intense feelings on cumming.


Take a multivitamin each day, with added zinc so that your zinc intake is up to 20-30mg a day from pills alone.
