Newcastle, Bud, not much difference.

Anything in a clear or green bottle is going to be skunky. Why anyone would bottle beer in a clear bottle is beyond me.

I'd like to try good beer, though all the beer I've had besides Heineken Dark Lager tastes like piss. I really don't drink, and sadly live in the only country with a drinking age of 21, around people who drink Bud Light and Natural Light, where a mere tasting isn't allowed for me. Then people bitch about their bad beer making them have the shits. Buy better bear fuckers! Your beers look pretty.

America is the only country that has a drinking age of 21? Are you sure about that? Does that mean you gotta be 21 to go to a casino in the US?

It's 18 where I live and every other province except Alberta I think has a 19y/o drinking age.

Hey I'm new to the boards and this thread definitely caught my eye. Recently turned 21 but have been into beer for a long time. I'm really down with Sierra Nevada pale ale. Like PAs in general but Sierra Nevada has to be one of the best American breweries.

I live on the westcoast, I am blessed with ungodly numbers of microbrews and Good imports (not crappy big-brand names with multi-billion dollar ad-campaigns).

:3  I love beer.  Even brewed it a couple times.

Westmalle is great!

Has anyone had Magic Hat before? They don't distribute that beer in Florida, but I use to live in MA, where it was pretty readily available in stores, and on tap. Man do I miss that :frown:

Are you talking about that Russian stuff?
I feel about it much the same way as I do Molsen XXX or La Fin Du Monde.
It's great if you want to get plastered but leaves something to be desired on taste.

As far as high alcohol content beers go Id have to say Double IPA's are the tastiest, then lambics and trapist ales.
