So I'm banned from PA&L

Rono PM'ed me and said that I wasn't to start any more topics on the issue of race. I asked him how many per day / week I Was allowed to start and he didn't reply. Nonetheless, I didn't start any new topics on that issue, and guess what?

Yup, he banned me for questioning his arbitrary, unwritten, unspoken policy that he refused to clarify, in private.

Maybe someone could tell me what rule I violated? I was given a warning, I didn't do what i was warned against, and now I got a ban for it? Very interesting indeed.

He did comply with the mods request though....

and wasn't banned for having bad taste...but for questioning?

Mods probably don't wish to be questioned all day about the obvious, though I'm not really sure we have established who actually banned him.

Rono could have warned him, but another mod, or an admin banned him independantly. :shrug:

I do know that it's basic common sense that someone should expect a reaction from flooding a forum with threads about controversial topics, or any topic for that matter.

I PMed him and warned him...he chose to question and ignore my warning, and retort with a threat. Hence his permaban.

A no brainer really...
