Why am i still perma-banned in the PUB?

I was on probation before according to Pub mods
Whats the latest prognosis with my banning?
I just wanna know the reason im perma-banned

Unfortunately, your saying that you have done nothing to deserve being banned form the pub does not make it true. Any Admin can check the records in the mod forum and see that you received many more chances than the average user, mostly because of our friendship. Yet despite that, and despite the many times you have Posted "fuck Ripple" and despite the many PM's you sent me telling me what a fuck I am, I would still not stand in the way of you being let back into the Pub.

No matter what you think of me Paw you went through a very dark time a while back and even though we go back to your Tex days I couldn't protect you from your own actions in the pub forum.

More recently I have felt that, had you been allowed back, you would have gotten yourself perma banned. It was my feeling that you were better off in OTD where there were few rules.

At this time it's no longer in my power to lift a forum specific ban, but like I said I will not stand in the way of the administration allowing you back in.

sounds like a pretty sad situation, PawPaw. you are well liked at the shroomery, but when you get on the sauce, you can be your own worst enemy. i'm betting that a 'Fuck Ripple' thread when you knew you were on your last chance (and i stuck up for you for that latest reinstatement) was the end of your time in the Pub.

there's plenty of other forums you can post in. after all, the pub crowd are all softies who prefer easy going non-confrontational chilled vibes, compared to OTD where taking offense shows weakness, and practically anything can be posted. yes, it's a fine line, but there are many who get off on seeing how close they can get to it as a sport, and the pub mods don't appreciate this when there is an alternative community forum available.

Rip has said already that he won't stand in your way if the admins decide to let you back in the pub. but that will never happen unless you get sober - ask your friends and family if you are more or less likeable when you are drunk, and there is your answer.
