Reccomendations for college in CA?

any hippy affiliated colleges or colleges that you might reccomend for a person coming from FL college, looking for easy going people and a laxed enviornment.

ehh depends, i want to go to a CC to improve my GPA currently, but i don't know any good CC's in CALI(for a FL student)?

after 1year or so i would transfer into a CA state school, somewhere northern CA , or any place that you might reccomend following my description of where i want to go..

humboldt state is supposedly good too!! stay on the coast!!

Try college of the redwoods, which is right next to hsu.  They're the most hippie cc in cali, and they're not overflowing like most are atm.

When you're done with cc, transfer without having to move

i'm probably going to transfer to cal state east bay or cal state san. fran. unless i decide to relocate somewhere but i have to stay in california because of my scholarship money.. i think UC's are better than cal state schools but i have to go to a cal state school.

for the hippie related stuff i would prob suggest Humboldt where all the stoners go but kind of in the middle of nowhere. or Berkley/East Bay! its fun out here!

Absolutely silly to go to a different state merely to attend a different community college.  Get your GPA up in the shithole you live in, then transfer to the UC system which is by far the best public school system in the country
