San Pedro Dosage ?'s??

Anyone out there had experience with sizes of cacti of san pedro and also yield if doing an a/b on it for mescaline hcl? Just curious to have some feedback since I was thinking of getting a few 8" inches by 3" diameter for some two friends. Thanks

Problem is, the concentration of alkaloids in any given sample varies widely. San Pedro has been reported to have as little as 0.33% or as much as 2.375% (dry) mescaline. The safest thing is to assume that you have a cactus with the highest concentration. An educated guess would be 1 and 1/2 to 2 lbs of material (maybe more as you will lose a considerable amount in your extractions, especially if you are thorough) for two reasonable doses.

Yeah.

Most articles suggest a 12 inch cutting.
